1. the next dialog box is 'shopping cart summary' this dialog box shows the 5 easy steps to follow to complete your purchase - this dialog box also allows you to edit your selection/s - to continue shopping, delete item/s or proceed to purchase by clicking on 'next' to continue
2. the next dialog box is 'login' - if you have not registered before please enter a valid email address then click on 'create your account' to continue - please complete the following form and click on 'register' to continue - once you have click 'register' you will return to the shopping cart dialog box - check all details are correct and click on 'next' to continue - you will also receive an email confirming your registration details, please keep in a safe place - if you are already a registered member please enter your details in the 'already a member' area - then click on 'log in' to continue
3. the next dialog box is 'address' - in here it will show all your details for delivery and for billing - you can edit or update them and also leave a comment - then click on 'next' to continue
4. the next dialog box is 'terms' - here you must tick the 'terms of service' before continuing - we urge you to browse the 'terms of service' before continuing - if satisfied then click on 'next' to continue
5. the next dialog box is 'payment' - here you choose your method of payment - click on 'payment express' to continue
6. the next dialog box is 'payment express' host page - here it shows the total of your purchase - click on 'click here to confirm your order' to be directed to a SECURE webpage to enter your creditcard details
7. the next dialog box is 'payment checkout'- fill in all current information and click on 'submit' to continue
8. the next dialog box is 'payment complete' - confirms payment with current details - click on 'next ' to continue
9. the next dialog box returns you to the www.daleharvey.com website confirming and thanking you for your purchase
10. go to your registered email account to retreve download information

next check your registered email account - you should receive 3 emails

(also check junk mail and span folders if not found in your mail in box)

1. order confirmation email - this email confirms all details of your account with order number
2. payment accepted email - this email confirms payment and shows order number
3. virtual product to download email - this email provides a direct link to the zip folder

 once you click on the 'direct link' link the file download dialog box appears

click on 'SAVE' tab and save the file in a nominated folder on your computer

 locate the 'saved' downloaded file on your computer - it will appear as a 'zip' file

and the name of the file downloaded - 'double click' on the file will open it to view all the content

'highlight' with mouse or use 'select all' then click on 'extract' tab

follow prompt to extract files into your selected folder
