herb heaven ad-230x153Living ‘the simple life’ and aromatic oils
- how do they really link together?

It’s a question that’s very easy to answer. Have fun discovering how many ways aromatic oils can be used simply in everyday life. They can also help you reconnect with nature and regain a sense of self-sufficiency. Scent is very basic to our existence. When we stop to sniff a rose, relish the sharp tangy scent as we squeeze a lemon, or when we’re seduced by someone’s alluring perfume - we are experiencing the joys of scent. This pleasure is brought into focus when we learn to use aromatic oils in our daily lives. You can discover the many benefits they can bring. Welcome to our practical guide to incorporating essential and fragrant oils into a simple, healthy, and rewarding lifestyle.

Foreword:
We can offer you ways and means to reduce living costs and suggest healthy options for the home and workplace that are environmentally friendly as well. Living simply doesn’t mean living an old-fashioned, backward type of existence. In this case, it means living wisely and intuitively without unnecessary excess. Using the simple recipes and treatments in this guide allows you to connect with traditions of the past, to be more attuned to the natural world and recapture a sense of self-sufficiency. In the current climate of economic uncertainty and environmental concerns, this book offers an easy-to¬-read guide on how you can benefit, materially, physically and psychologically.

irina-velman 01We had the pleasure of attending the fabulous opening of Irina Velman’s art exhibition
at the wonderful
West Coast Gallery, Seaview Road, Piha Beach

Irina is as delightful and talented as her brilliant art work.

For all lovers of art, magic and nature
Irina’s exhibition is a ‘must see’ on until 24 October.
West Coast Gallery is itself a work of fine art
what a treasure!

Very reminiscent of the best galleries in Carmel, Sausalito  or Redwood City, California.
Every piece there was quite affordable;
most were exquisite and all done by 200 Waitakere Artists!

And right next door to a great Cafe and wonderful world class Piha Beach
just 40 minutes drive from both the Auckland Airport and Downtown. Well done!
